How we handle data
We store data in the EU, keep it only as long as we need it, and delete it when you ask. Here is what we store, where and for how long.

Where data is stored
Our database runs in an EU region. Systems we build for clients live in the client's own accounts wherever possible.

AI providers
To run checks and research we send questions to OpenAI, Google, Perplexity and Anthropic through their official business services. We send business names and categories, never your personal contact details.
Client data and AI tools
We never put a client's confidential data into an AI tool without agreeing which tool, what data and why, in writing, first.
Delete on request
Email hello@saidso.agency with the subject "Delete my data". We confirm when it is done.
