SaidSo collects only the personal data it needs to reply to you, run the free AI review and deliver its services. We never sell it. You can ask us to see or delete your data at any time.

Who we are

What we collect
- Contact and booking forms: your name, work email, company, role, website and message.
- Free AI review: your name and work email, the business details you enter, and the AI answers we gather. We use them to send your report and follow up about it.
- Analytics: if you agree, Google Analytics records which pages are visited and how. No advertising cookies are used.
Why we use it, and the legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry and provide services you ask for (contract or steps before a contract).
- To send marketing emails, only if you tick the consent box (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To understand how the website is used, only if you accept analytics (consent).
Who we share it with
We use a small number of processors to run the site and services: hosting (Netlify), database (Supabase), email delivery, booking (Cal.com) and, with your consent, analytics (Google). Business details entered in the free AI review are sent to AI providers to generate answers. We do not send them your email address.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Email hello@saidso.agency. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta.
Cookies
We set no analytics cookies unless you accept them. Your choice is saved in your browser and can be changed using "Cookie settings" in the footer.
